Chelsea Kluczkowski serves as the Associate Director of Institutional Research, where she plays a pivotal role in transforming complex data into insightful information that supports strategic planning across the institution. With a keen eye for data integrity and accuracy, Chelsea is dedicated to collecting, preserving, and disseminating institutional data, ensuring that it serves as a reliable foundation for university-wide initiatives.
Chelsea's expertise in data analytics enables her to create interactive Tableau dashboards that provide senior administrators with critical insights for informed decision-making. She is responsible for managing various IR projects, including responding to high-level ad-hoc requests, conducting Federal and State reporting, and driving business process improvements.
Chelsea is a proud alumna of the University of Pittsburgh, where she has dedicated over 12 years of her career. Prior to her current role, she served as a Data Analyst on the Data Analytics Team and as a Data Coordinator in the Career Center.
