As Assistant Director of Surveys, Brett oversees Pitt’s central survey efforts in the Office of the Provost. In this role he helps university leaders use survey data for data-informed decision-making and collaborates with Pitt students, faculty, and staff to implement best practices in survey research. In addition to survey administration and analysis, Brett has experience conducting qualitative research via interviews, focus groups, and case study methodologies.
Brett’s research interests focus broadly on topics of organizational development and change within higher education. He enjoys working with Pitt community members, across disciplines, in the following areas:
